　　Yuppie Flu是来自意大利安科纳的五人组合，成立于1997年，成员包括MatteoAgostinelli（吉他/主唱），Francesco Chielli（贝司），Paolo Agostinelli AKADodo（键盘），Kyle Statham（吉他），还有新加入的 Geoff Soule（鼓手）。从第一张专辑《Automatic But Static》（1998）到第四张专辑《Days Before The Day》（2003），Yuppie Flu一直深受着Dream-pop和Shoegaze的影响，音乐大多都充满***色彩，
　　在四张专辑的完全自我之后，转投意大利独立场牌Homesleep并将曲风一转而积极起来。关于Homesleep场牌值得一提的是，后摇名团Giardini di mirò和Piano Magic都归在其下，因而Yuppie Flu也多少算是出自名门。YuppieFlu此次改换东家的变化是明显的，在前四张专辑执意在Lo-Fi的道路上越走越远时，YuppieFlu来了个急转弯，意外的改变却带来了积极的反应，2005年《Toast Masters》可以看作是乐队新生的起点。
